| Michelle Freudenberger first became interested in co-op and condo conversions in the 1980’s, attending tenant-association meetings when her parents’ building was being converted in to cooperative ownership. At the time, many buildings in Queens were being converted into co-op or condominium ownership and it was then that Ms. Freudenberger decided to become a real estate attorney. |

| Ms. Freudenberger graduated magna cum laude from Queens College. She was active in school politics and was the President of the Psychology honor society. At the age of 22, Ms. Freudenberger graduated from the Cardozo Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. |

| After graduating from law school, Ms. Freudenberger gained much experience working at a number of prestigious law firms which represented major New York developers who were acquiring buildings for the purpose of converting them into cooperative or condominium ownership. Ms. Freudenberger worked closely with the Office of the Attorney General in getting the Offering Plans approved and proceeded to convert the buildings into cooperative or condominium ownership. At the time, Ms. Freudenberger was contributing to articles for the “Realty Law Digest” column in the New York Law Journal. |

| Ms. Freudenberger also negotiated leases for major landlords throughout New York City as well as representing corporate tenants. Most recently, she has represented hundreds of union members and their families in their purchase and sale of real estate. Ms. |

| Ms. Freudenberger is an active member of the Condominium and Cooperative Committee, Real Property Law Section, of the New York and New Jersey State Bar Association. |

| She is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars, and is an active member of Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun in Manhattan. |
